2. Booking & Payments

• Advance payment is required to confirm booking.
• Payments can be made via Razorpay payment gateway.
• Final balance must be cleared before the event date unless agreed otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details and required approvals on time.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in the event agreement shared with the client.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Third-party vendor failures beyond our control

6. Intellectual Property

All event designs, concepts, and branding materials remain the property of Giant Brand Solutions unless agreed otherwise.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts.
